1月20日消息，Polynomial联合创始人Gautham Santhosh警告称，以太坊Layer 2的持续需求正迅速耗尽主网blob容量，目前55%的blob由BASE和World Chain两条链占用。自去年11月以来，blob基础费用多次突破50美元，导致用户交易成本大幅上升。即将于3月上线的Pectra升级将每区块blob限制提高至9个，但Santhosh认为这只能暂时缓解问题，长期扩容仍需更多解决方案。
